Methodology
1, Cut plantains into little chambers, one plantain cut into 4 to 5 pieces. Burn till splendid chestnut and set aside
2, Steam wiener till cooked and cut into barrels , same height as the plantain.
3, Beat the eggs, incorporate the flavors, oil, seasoning, bean stew , half of the diced vegetables and bacon. In case you are using bacon you won't need to use salt.
