How to prepare dodo sauce

Saturday breakfast for a large number individuals working in urban groups is none existent or, most ideal situation it's bread and a hot drink or we settle for a couple cakes at work.   • 2 Ripe Plantains
  • 5 Beef Sausages
  • 2 bits of Bacon ( separated , this is optional)
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 medium size Onion
  • 1/4 holder red and green Bell Peppers( cubed)
  • 2 cooking spoons vegetable oil
  • Basil leaves or Curry takes off
  • Press thyme
  • Press white Pepper
  • Bean stew pepper to taste
  • Chicken seasoning to taste


Procedure

1, Cut plantains into little chambers, one plantain cut into 4 to 5 pieces. Singe till splendid chestnut and set aside

2, Steam wiener till cooked and cut into barrels , same stature as the plantain.

3, Beat the eggs, incorporate the flavors, oil, enhancing, bean stew , half of the diced vegetables and bacon. In case you are using bacon you won't need to use salt.

4, Oil the base of the frying pan well, organize the dodo, wieners at the base and sprinkle half of the vegetable amidst the frank and dodo at the base
