Occasion Chicken Pot Pie
What you require:
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken bosom parts, diced
- 6 carrots, peeled and cut
- 4 expansive potatoes, peeled and cut
- 1 onion, finely slashed
- 2 3/4 glasses consolidated cream of chicken soup
- 2 3/4 glasses dense cream of mushroom soup
- 2 glasses solidified sweet peas, defrosted
- 2 glasses chicken stock
- 1 glass drain
- 1/2 glass universally handy flour
- 1/2 glass margarine
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Combine chicken bosom parts, carrots, potatoes, onion, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, sweet peas and chicken juices in a vast bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Separate blend into 3 1-quart preparing dishes. In a little pot over low warmth, dissolve margarine then gradually mix in drain and flour. Pour over chicken blend. Cook in a pre-warmed broiler (400 degrees F) for 60 minutes. Permit to cool for no less than 15 minutes before serving.
Chicken Cranberry Shock
What you require:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken bosom parts
- 1/2 mugs consolidated cream of chicken soup
- 1 container stuffing blend
- 1/3 container dried cranberries
- 1/4 container destroyed mozzarella cheddar
- 1/4 container liquefied spread
- 1/4 container white wine
- Put chicken bosom parts in a glass preparing dish then sprinkle with cheddar. In a little bowl, consolidate cream of chicken soup and white wine then pour over chicken. Best with stuffing blend, cranberries and liquefied spread. Prepare in a pre-warmed stove (350 degrees F) until cooked through, around 45 minutes to 60 minutes.
Christmas Chicken Plate of mixed greens
What you require:
- 4 glasses cubed cooked chicken meat
- 2 onions, slashed
- 1/2 glasses dried cranberries
- 1 glass hacked celery
- 1 glass hacked pecans
- 1 glass mayonnaise
- 1/2 glass minced green chime pepper
- 1 teaspoon flavoring salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Ground dark pepper to taste
- Combine onions, cranberries, celery, pecans, mayonnaise, green ringer pepper, flavoring salt and paprika in a medium plate of mixed greens bowl. Add chicken and hurl to consolidate fixings well. Season with ground dark pepper. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
